Due to her past trauma, Mook suffers a condition where she has an episode every time she sees a patient die. Nana, Mook's work rival, reports her condition to the director and gets her in trouble. Meanwhile, Mook's stand-offish attitude catches Tawan's attention and he becomes curious about her. Parn warns him to stay away from Mook because of her past history.

Mook gives Tawan the cold shoulder to shun Tawan, but he becomes even more motivated to pursue her.
